Rule 297-310 are the same with verbal alterations as to existing rules 266-271 and rules 314 and 333 except in the case of rule 309 in which provision has been made for the earning of larger gratuities by European prisoners than by Asiatic prisoners as a sum of $10 would be of little use to a European on discharge from Gaol.
